Julie and Brian decided they wanted to elope while visiting Utah! Between their flexibility and my expertise, we were able to plan an intimate elopement day in Zion in the matter of a few weeks! Their son flew in to officiate their private ceremony at the Nature Center North Lawn. Then I took them on a short hike in the evening to the most beautiful overlook in Zion. Where we explored more of the park and watched the sun dip behind the red rocks.

Where to Elope in Zion
There are 6 approved ceremony locations where you can get married inside Zion National Park. Each ceremony site has a different capacity, accessibility, and services. Julie and Brian got married at the Nature Center North Lawn which has a capacity of 50 guests, available bathrooms and a water refill station. While I think this is one of the best ceremony sites in Zion due to its easy access and gorgeous views, it is only available from November to April; something to keep in mind when planning your elopement day.

Intimate Wedding Venues in Springdale
If you are wanting to invite more guests or are unable to get a permit for a site in the park, you can plan an intimate wedding at one of these venues in Springdale. Then we can still go into the park to take photos of just the two of you!
