The story of Gina and Zach Solitude Resort Wedding starts way back at an Italian festival in New York City where they met. They described their first date as “loooong in the best way.” These two share a love for the outdoors; camping, beach days with their dog, and traveling being a few of their favorite activities.
Over the years, Gina & Zach spent a good deal of time skiing at Solitude Mountain Resort while visiting family in Utah. They love the chill and laid back atmosphere of the resort, and know Solitude will take care of all the logistics to provide a stress-free wedding day.
Their day starts in Solitude Village. Gina is getting ready and drinking champagne with her sisters and closest friends. Her parents step in to help her put on her wedding dress before heading up the chairlift.

One of the best parts of having a wedding at Solitude Mountain Resort is the experience of taking a chairlift up to your ceremony. It’s a fun experience for your guests and a moment to take in your surroundings before getting swept up in the busyness of your wedding day.
Solitude Resort has a few different spaces to hold your ceremony and reception. Gina and Zach chose the Roundhouse Lodge and Lawn for their mountain wedding day. Between feeling nestled inside the mountain and the unique architecture and stone inside the lodge, the venue really speaks for itself!
Solitude Mountain Wedding Ceremony
The weather couldn’t be any more perfect than it is on this day. It’s a warm 70 degrees with the slightest mountain breeze and smell of pine in the air.
The sun dips in and out of the clouds throughout the ceremony. Zach has a way of making everyone laugh, while also tugging on their heart strings. Gina recounts their favorite memories together and speaks on the way they both show up for each other. And they both agree, they love their life together and want to continue showing up for each other in these ways.

Live music is the key to immaculate wedding day vibes! The Proper Way fit Gina and Zach’s vibe for the evening so well. They’ve got everyone dancing, laughing, and having a good time!
