Alvaro and Briana are from Southern California, but fell in love with the beauty of Zion and knew it was the right place for them to get married. They have known each other almost their entire lives and been together for almost 10 years with 2 beautiful children! The morning of their wedding day they got ready at their airbnb just 5 minutes outside the park with their family and friends. Before heading to their ceremony location they shared a gift with each other and Alvaro had the BEST reaction! These are some of mine and their favorite photos from the whole day!

   

Their ceremony took place at Switchback Grille in Springdale; just 2 minutes from the park entrance. Alvaro built the arch that they used for their ceremony and they now rent it out to other couples!

During cocktail hour we snuck away into the park to take some intimate photos of just the two of them. Briana brought her own style to these photos with a lack of color hat and custom white jean jacket that says “Mrs. Alvaro” on the back.

These two thought of all the details when planning their wedding day. They both work in the wedding industry so the details were very important to them. Briana has her own wedding decor rental business so they did all of the decor by themselves! Can you believe that??

Although they had the cake and all the details, they didn’t follow the normal wedding traditions such as cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss. They had their wedding day be the way they wanted to and only included what they wanted! After dinner and first dances, they partied under the stars for the rest of the night.
